If you have social anxiety or would like to improve your social skills

Keep a journal that details everything that you did each day, write down every single person you talked to, what you talked about, what you liked, what you didn’t like and every single minute detail. Even if it seems insignificant in the short term, you can look back on each day and think about what you did, how you felt, how you acted, and how others reacted to your actions. From there, you can choose what you need to do to achieve your goals. This helps you to literally get your thoughts out of your head and stop dwelling on them. You did the right thing, and I hope reminding you of this strategy can help.
